ABOUT ME

I found meditation at an early age and soon engaged in retreat practice. The results were surprisingly profound and life-changing. I spent about a year cumulative on retreat studying with Gil Fronsdal, Shinzen Young and Dustin DiPierna.

Soon after discovering attachment theory, I trained with Dr. Daniel P. Brown in the Three Pillars approach. I was inspired to pursue this work professionally and hold a Masters Degree in Social Work. I have experience working with people going through substance use, end-of-life transitions and survivors of domestic violence. I’m fluent in Russian and English, sessions are offered in both languages.

The combination of these practices led me to develop my own approach, where I specialize in attachment repair through collaboration and dynamic relational work. I’m committed to ethical practices, emphasizing virtuous conduct and supportive relationships in life.
